We had a great 4th of July! It was a great day, wonderful weather. We had a BBQ and just had a lot of fun spending time with the family!

B-day!!!

For my Birthday we went up the canyon. My wonderful husband took off the afternoon to prepare one of my favorites dutch oven chicken & potaotes. And OH was it so so so so GOOD! He also made a cake, what a sweet heart. I couldn't think of a better way to spend my B-day then with people that I love so much! Thanks for such a great day!

What we've been up to.....

Gibson found this hat at the swimming pool and he loves wearing it around. He is always making us laugh!

Hallee is 3 months old now. Time is just flying by and she is changing so much each day. And she is such a blessing to have in our family.

We took the boat out for the first time this summer. It was a ton of fun, we love the water!!!

Anthony took Gibson on a horse ride. And he was so proud that Gibson was riding on his own horse.

Triathlon

Well about 2 weeks ago, I did a Triathlon. (The one that the Coats do). Along with Anthony, my dad & mom. We didn't train at all, we decided like a week before that we should try it. And you know what it was a lot of fun. You might think I am crazy but I enjoyed every minute of it. There were definitely times that I was really tired but I kept on going. I really enjoyed they had put quotes up all along the run. It just amazes me how you can do anything that you put your mind to. Like they say "mind over matter". I was a great experience!!! Thanks you guys that did it with me, for letting me talk you into it. :)

Hallee's Blessing

Hallee was blessed 2 weeks ago. Anthony did a great job!!! It was a wonderful day. We are so excited to have her in our family. Thanks everybody for coming and helping with the food. But I would love to especially thank my mom for all her help. The dress that Hallee was blessed in is a very special dress, it was made for her by her Grandma Jacci.

Now & Then

A little while ago our neighbors got a puppy. So after that Gibson thought that he needed one. He would say "I need a puppy", it was so cute! So we decided he could have one. It is half boarder collie and red healer. We named her to tootsie roll cause she looks like one, but we call her toots. We had another dog LeRoy he was such a good dog. We would put them together so the puppy wouldn't whine at night, he took really good care of her. 2 weeks ago on Sunday the neighbors came over to inform us that LeRoy had been hit by a car. Luckily he was killed instantly, so hopefully he didn't suffer to long. It was a very sad day, I think I cried for like 3 hrs. I just have to think of it as he is in a better place and doesn't have to be chained up anymore. Thanks for being part of our family LeRoy. We Love you!!! You may think I am crazy but I wanted to write about it so I will always remember our great dog LeRoy.

Dino Tracks

A couple weeks ago our family went to St. George to enjoy some nice weather and celebrate my dads d-day. It was a lot of fun. For most of the day Miss Hallee just slept.

We went to a little water park. The kids loved it!!! There was this little girl there and she would just sit and stare at Nemo and the turtle on Gibson's swimming suit. It was so funny. She would follow him around and try to grab them. She was so cute.

Kaden on the other hand was brave and went right in, but then he wasn't to sure if he liked it. Can't you tell by the face. Ha ha ha!

After the water park we headed to another park that wouldn't be so crazy to eat dinner and some cake. I left my camera in the car so I don't have any pics. Yes I am mad at myself. After that we headed to the dinosaur tracks and along the way we saw this huge rattle snake. I hate SNAKES!!!
